A two-meter dipole antenna is attached to the VHF output of a VCR. A few feet away a similar antenna is attached to the VHF input of a TV. Set both devices to channel 3, insert a tape, and watch the broadcast. Demonstrate the polarization of the EM wave by rotating one of the antennas ninety degrees, cutting off the broadcast completely.
Note: TV must be set to Channel 3 with remote control. Meter sticks should be oriented same way
